On October 30, 2026, we redesigned Skill Development's Internal Test Overview, Examinee Detail, and My Page. Examinee Detail and My Page now show strengths and weaknesses together with the evidence behind them, and list the internal tests to take next and the aspects not yet measured as "Next Actions". If you have published your company version of the Skill Index, you can switch between your company version and the HireRoo standard.

Skill Development is currently offered as a beta. For details, see Checking Internal Test Results.

Background

Examinee Detail previously showed the overall score and the score for each index in separate sections that overlapped. To see where a member is strong, what to improve, and what to do next, you had to open each attempt's results one by one.

This update brings the scores together in one place and shows strengths, weaknesses, and next steps on the same screen.

What's new

Examinee Detail and My Page

Examinee Detail and My Page now show Skills, Skill Analysis, Next Actions, and Exam history, from top to bottom. My Page also shows the member's avatar and name.

Skills

The overall rank, score, and change from the previous attempt are now in one card together with cards for the indexes directly below. Select an index card to see a radar chart and a table of that index's evaluation items.

The change from the previous attempt is shown only when the previous attempt was evaluated with the same version of the Skill Index. With a different version, the indexes and weights differ, so scores cannot be compared.

Skill Analysis (new)

Of the evaluation items that were evaluated, the two highest-scoring ones are shown as Strengths and the two lowest-scoring ones as Weaknesses. Evaluation items that have not been evaluated are not counted as weaknesses.

Each one shows the observation and the member's own words behind the evaluation, along with where it happened (for example, which exchange with the AI, or which file and line). You can also open that attempt's results to see the moment.

Next Actions (new)

Next Actions shows:

  • Internal tests that are assigned but not taken yet (nearest deadline first)
  • Aspects not measured yet (the number of evaluation items not evaluated yet, for each index)

Members who took the test see a link to start or resume the internal test. Admins and managers see links to the test details and to assign a test.

Internal Test Overview

Internal Test Overview now shows Average, Distribution, Trend, and Next Actions, from top to bottom. These replace the three summary figures at the top and the rank over time.

Section Description
Average The organization average for the overall score and each index, and a breakdown by evaluation item for the selected index. With the HireRoo standard, the comparison with the market and the market average are also shown
Distribution The distribution of the overall score and each index's score (in 10-point bins) and the organization median. With the HireRoo standard, the rank composition of your organization and the market is also shown
Trend For the overall score or one selected index, the organization median and the 25–75% range over the last 12 months
Next Actions Formerly "Examinees who need follow-up". What it shows (not taken yet, score dropped) has not changed

When you filter by Group at the top, every section switches to that group.

Switch between your company version and the HireRoo standard

If you have published your company version of the Skill Index, you can switch between Company Index and Standard Index on Internal Test Overview, Examinee Detail, and My Page. Company Index is selected first, and each index card shows the index's weight.

Internal Test Overview aggregates with your company's latest published version. Examinee Detail and My Page show each attempt with the version it was evaluated with.

Scope

  • The comparison with the market, the market average, and the rank composition in Distribution are shown only when the HireRoo standard is selected.
  • The switch to Company Index appears only for companies that have published a company version of the Skill Index.
  • Members with Admin Authorization or Manager Authorization can view Examinee Detail and other members' results. Members who took a test can view their own results on My Page. My Page does not show the organization average.
  • For members with no graded attempts, skills are shown as not measured and Skill Analysis is not shown.
