We have released Audit Logs, which lets administrators review the history of operations performed in your company.

Background

Until now, HireRoo had no way to check afterward who performed an operation and when, such as changing a screening, changing a member's permissions, or updating SSO settings.

Audit Logs is designed for situations where a record of operations is required, such as information security audits and internal operational reviews.

What's New

Review the history of operations

Open "Audit logs" under "Security" in the company settings to see the operations performed in your company, newest first, with the date & time, action, actor, permissions, and overview. For updates such as settings and screenings, the changed items are also shown.

Record key operations

Creating and updating screenings, screening results, and interviews, inviting members and changing their permissions, changing groups, updating SSO settings, notification settings, the Slack integration, and billing information, and signing in are recorded.

Filter by period, action, and actor

You can filter by period, by the type of action, and by the actor's name or email address.

Scope

Only members with Admin permission can view audit logs.

Available Plans

Audit Logs is available on the Enterprise Plan.
