How to invite members
- Open the "Members" tab in the "Company Settings".
- Click the "Invite" button to display a modal. There are two types of invitations.
- Invite by e-mail address
- Add an e-mail address in the designated text box, set the permissions to be granted, and press "Send" to send an invitation e-mail to the designated address. Multiple users can be invited at once.
- How to invite with a shared link
- After selecting the role you wish to invite, press the "Create an invitation link" button to issue an invitation link with the role granted.
- The invitation link issued will default to the "Engineer" role. The types of roles and how to change them are described on this page.
- Employees who log in to the company account by following the shared link will join the company account with the selected role granted.
Post-Invitation Settings
Once an employee has been invited, only those with administrative role can manage their roles from the Member Management screen. You can change the permissions by clicking on the three-point reader at the right of the row of the member you wish to update and clicking on "Edit Role". Note that you cannot change your own permissions.
