What is the Authorization Management Function?
The Authorization Management function allows you to control the access of employees invited to your company account, preventing accidental operations before they occur.
Selectable Authorization Types
Currently, the following three types of permissions can be selected.
- Administrator Authority
- Manager Authority
- Engineer Authority
Admin Authority
This is for managers who are responsible for managing accounts and employees. Specifically, the following operations are possible.
- All operations that can be performed with Manager Authority
- Invite employees to company accounts
- Delete or update employee privileges
- Registering and changing payment information
Manager Authority
This is for recruiters and managers who can create, evaluate, and delete selections. Specifically, the following operations are possible.
- All operations that can be performed with engineer authority
- Creation and deletion of coding tests
- Pass/fail judgment of coding tests
Engineer Authority
This is for engineers involved in recruitment and allows for technical evaluation, creation of indicators, and creation of in-house questions. Specifically, the following operations are available.
- Technical evaluation of coding exams
- Creation and editing of evaluation indicators
- Creation of in-house questions
How to Set Up Authorization
- Select the "Company Settings" tab and then the "Member" tab.
- Open "Edit Privileges" from the three-point leader (...) of the member you wish to edit.
- Select the necessary permissions and press "Update" to complete.
