"Evaluation Items" and "Evaluation Indicators"
Evaluation items are used to qualitatively evaluate candidates based on test results.
By combining multiple "evaluation items," we create "evaluation indicators" that are tailored to the company's hiring criteria, the hiring position, or the candidate.
By defining the items to be evaluated in the engineering recruitment process in advance, other members of the team can use the same indicators to evaluate the selection process. Please use this system to realize non-personalized recruitment of engineers.

The following describes how to create evaluation items and evaluation indicators in turn.
Enter the Evaluation Indicator Management Screen
- Select any test that has been completed from the "Test List"
- From the "Test Report" tab, click the lower right "Technical Review" button
- Click "Set Indicators" on the left side of the pop-up
Confirmation and Creation of Evaluation Items
- Some evaluation items have been prepared in advance by the operator. If you wish to register additional items, click "Item List" and then click the "Create" button.
- A pop-up will appear, and you can register an item by filling in the name and description of the item and clicking the "Create" button.
Tip: Filling in item names and descriptions that are easy to understand when someone other than yourself sees them will make hiring engineers less impersonal.
Registration of Evaluation Indicators
- An evaluation indicator is a bundle of multiple evaluation items. You can perform a technical review based on the registered indicators (click here for an explanation of technical reviews)
- Click on "Indicator List" on the tab, then click on the "Create" button to register indicators
Creating Indicators
- First, enter a name and description for the evaluation indicator. As with the items, enter a name and description that is easy to understand when others see it.
- After filling out the form, click the "Next" button in the red frame of the image.
Tip: Engineers who conduct technical reviews will review based on the registered indicators. Entering an easy-to-understand name and description will prevent confusion among reviewers.
Item Selection
- Select multiple items to be registered as evaluation indicators. You can search by item name or click on the item you want to link from the list to register it to the evaluation index
- After making your selections, press the "Next" button
Confirmation of Indicators
- Finally, check that the information you have registered is correct, and if there are no problems, press the "Confirm" button
- If you want to change the registered information, click the "Previous" button to edit the information
- You can change the information even after it has been created
This is the end of the registration of evaluation indicators.
Engineers who have been invited with engineering privileges can conduct a technical review after the candidate's test submission based on the registered metrics.
