We have added AI Readiness to Skill Assessment, a screen that shows how ready your organization is to work with AI. From the AI tool usage of the members being measured, you can see which skills and MCP servers are used, in which repositories, and by how many members.

Skill Assessment is currently offered as a beta. For details, see Checking AI Readiness.

Background

Getting value from AI tools across an organization takes more than handing out the tools: skills and MCP servers need to be set up, and repositories need context in place. However, there was no way to see what is actually used across the organization and what has stayed with only a few members.

AI Readiness is a screen for taking stock of how far your organization's foundation for AI use has come and finding what to improve next.

What's new

Your organization's AI Readiness score

Based on the Environment Engineering scores of evaluated members, from their AI Collaboration Skills, the screen shows your organization's AI Readiness score and rank. You can also see the score for each item: Context Scaffolding, Guardrail Setup, and Tool Provisioning.

Agent work breakdown

Agent task efficiency splits the tool calls made by AI agents into exploration, execution, verification, and other, and shows the share of each compared with the previous period. The better the context is prepared, the smaller the share of work an agent spends on exploration.

Take stock of skills, MCP servers, and repositories

Readiness shows the number of skills, MCP servers, and repositories used in the selected period, and the top three of each. In the list below, you can switch tabs to see the following.

Tab Description
Skills For each skill: the number of runs, the number of members who used it, and the number of repositories it was used in
MCP For each MCP server: the number of calls, the number of members who used it, and the number of repositories it was used in
Repositories For each repository: exploration efficiency and the number of skills and MCP servers used in it

Items used by few members or only in some repositories are shown in a warning color. Use this as a guide to find skills and MCP servers that could be rolled out more widely.

Select a row in the list to open a detail screen showing the usage of that skill, MCP server, or repository.

Scope

  • Members with Admin Authorization or Manager Authorization can open AI Readiness. Open it from Skill Assessment › AI Readiness in the sidebar.
