Sharing Test Reports

HireRoo allows you to share test result reports via URL. This makes it possible, for example, to share the results with candidates who have taken the test before the interview.

There are several ways to share test reports;

The PDF download and share method is limited in its usage because some features (e.g., playback) cannot be shared with candidates, it includes items that you do not want to share, and the output is in a different format from the screen that the interviewer sees.

On the other hand, the advantages of sharing by URL are as follows
  • Reports can be shared with a specified deadline
  • Ability to specify items to be shared
  • Can be shared in the same format as the report being viewed by the interviewer
  • Dynamic items (e.g., playbacks) can be shared

How to share reports by URL

You can share reports by URL in the following ways;

  • Find and display the report you wish to share from the "Test List.
  • Click the "Share" button in the upper right corner of the report.
  • In the modal that appears, set the items to be shared and the validity period of the link. Some items may not be selectable depending on your plan.
    • Score: The overall value of the score (0-100) in the absolute assessment and for each question.
    • Rank: The value of the rank (S~D) that is output as a result of the relative assessment
    • Relative Rating: A graph showing the relative position of the examinees in the population as a whole.
    • Playback: Reproduction of the submission process for each question
    • Technical Review: A review of the report. The reviewer's name will be withheld.
    • Expiration date: The expiration date can be specified in days. Once the expiration date is exceeded, the report will no longer be available via the URL.
  • Click on the "Generate Link" button. Press "Copy" to copy the URL to the clipboard. You can then share the URL with someone who does not have a HireRoo account.

If you are logged in as an interviewer, you will not be able to see the shared URL in the same browser. Please make sure you log out or check with another browser.
