      What is a Technical Review?

      The Technical Review function allows you to share a qualitative technical evaluation of a candidate with the selection team. In addition to the automatically calculated quantitative score, you can also use the Technical Review function.

      Advantages of Using Technical Review

      • Although qualitative comments can be made when making the final evaluation and entering a pass/fail, more detailed qualitative comments can be made by using the Technical Review.
      • It is possible to describe comments and evaluations made by multiple people to prevent attribution.
      • It becomes easier for each evaluator to conduct evaluation using common indicators.
      • It is also possible to create your own original evaluation indicators.

      This technical review can also be used for live coding evaluations.
