v2.38.0

UI brush-up of candidate answer screen Release date: July 08, 2022

Untitled

Background

In the past, there have been a number of mistakes made by candidates when answering the questions, such as submitting only one question without knowing that there were multiple questions, or using all of the time limit for one question when there were multiple questions.

In the past, these errors were covered by issuing a re-test, etc., because the correct ability of the candidate could not be measured.

In order to solve this problem, the UI has been changed in this release to enable question transitions on the answer screen.

Overview

By making it possible to answer questions on a single screen, users will be able to see the text of a question and answer it from the question they want to answer. In addition, since the screen moves to the next question at the time of submission, it solves problems such as time allocation and multiple questions in the first place.

Furthermore, with this release, the time measurement logic has been changed.

The previous measurement was from start to finish, but with this release, the logic is now based on the time spent answering the question (not the time spent moving to another question), so the time spent answering a question can be measured more accurately.

In the next release, it will be possible to resubmit questions. This will allow to measure the maximum value of a candidate's skills in cases where multiple questions are asked and the candidate comes up with the best solution while answering the last question.
