Account Setup

Begin by logging in. Once you have received the URL for the trial from your contact person, please follow the steps below to log in.

Logging in for the first time

 

Invite people involved in the trial to join HireRoo. Invitations can be made by email and URL. What you can do depends on your authority, so please check and invite them.

 

 

Once you have made it this far, the next step is to conduct the actual coding test! 💪

Conducting Coding Exams

Before you actually start touching the service, list a few points in advance that you would like to see in the trial. The following are some of the most frequently asked questions.

  • I want to see the level/quality of the problem
  • I want to see what the report looks like
  • I want to see if there are any operational concerns

 

What follows is a description of how to conduct a coding trial in one step, from creating the test to evaluating it. Please implement it according to the points you wish to check in the trial.

 

The coding exam begins with creating a test. First, select the questions you need to create your test. You can see the list of questions and their details from the "Question List" in the header.

Question Selection

Many people have trouble selecting the right problem. They want to choose the right questions for the position they are recruiting for, but they are not sure what is appropriate. Here are some sample questions.

If you open the three-point menu (…) from the test detail screen, you can "Create from Test" and "Create Test Template". If you want to create a template from a past test, please use this option as well.

Evaluation Methods to Prevent Personalization

When one person reviews a report and makes a pass/fail decision, it is attributed. The disadvantages of impersonalization include the following
