① Fill in the evaluation during the interview

Evaluation is possible during the interview. Add the items you wish to evaluate, and then evaluate the items you wish to add.

Adding evaluation items

From the "Evaluation" tab on the right side of the screen, click the "Add Evaluation Item" button and select the evaluation item you wish to add.

Fill in the evaluation items

You can leave a four-point rating (★ mark) and optional qualitative comments, so select a four-point rating for the item you wish to evaluate and enter optional comments.

The evaluation item entries are temporarily saved, so you can continue filling in the form even after reloading the browser.

Note: Since the information is saved in the browser, it will be reset if you open the form in another browser.

②Submit the evaluation immediately after the interview

When the interview is completed, you will be redirected to a screen where you can finalize and submit the evaluations made during the interview.

Pass/fail judgment

The person in charge of the project can select a decision and comment on the reason for the decision at his/her discretion.

Since the selection made here is a "GO" or "NO-GO" decision as the person in charge of the review, the final pass/fail evaluation will be selected later from the list screen.

Finally, click the "Submit" button on the submission screen to finalize the pass/fail decision.

Adding Evaluation Items

New items can be added at your discretion. Enter a 4-point rating (marked with ★) and qualitative comments for each item as desired.

Confirmation

Confirm the information you have entered and press the "Confirm" button. The entered information can be confirmed on the "Technical Review" tab after selecting the target interview from the list screen.

③ Submit evaluation after the interview

Select the target interview from the list screen, and press the "Technical Review" button on the lower right of the Playback tab to select and enter the evaluation items. After entering a 4-point rating and comments for each, enter a "GO" or "NO-GO" decision as the reviewer.
