Retest Feature Released

If you had trouble taking the test in an environment you are not familiar with, you used to be issued a new coding test, but with this release, you can now take the test again using the same link. In this case, it is not treated as a separate coding test and no separate selection fee is charged.

Background of Retest Feature Release

We have received a certain number of comments from our clients that candidates were not able to successfully take the coding exam on time in an environment they were not familiar with. In such cases, we have had to issue a new test, which requires an additional screening fee, and we have had to share the new link with the candidate.

With this release, candidates who failed to take the test will be able to take the test again from the same link, without incurring a separate screening fee, and candidates will be able to take the test again from the same link. This would improve the UX for both parties.
