Batch CSV output of scores and ranks

Until now, scores and ranks were not included in the data output in CSV for the list of tests.

With this release, it is newly possible to output "total score", "rank", and "denominator".

This makes it even easier to link with external systems and easier to operate when issuing large quantities 🎉.

Filter by score and rank

Until now, it was possible to filter by creator and status, but not by specific score or rank.

With this release, it is now possible to filter only by candidates with a specific score or higher, or by candidates with a specific rank.

This allows for better searchability, and when combined with tags and other searches, allows for more complex searches, such as for candidates who received a specific score or higher for a specific position 🎉.
