      Overview.

      Candidates can now add optional explanatory text when submitting their answers. Candidates are free to describe their thought process and implementation details for each question in markdown format.

      The explanatory text can be checked against the candidate's answers on the report screen. This allows the evaluation to reflect the candidate's thought process, etc., which could not be conveyed by the submission results alone.
