Test Template Feature Released Release Date: 2022/02/11
Overview
Creating a coding exam template eliminates the need to set up questions and details each time. Templates can be created from the Create Exam screen.
Once a template is created, only the necessary information can be entered by selecting the template when creating the test, eliminating the need to select questions each time.
In addition, information that is only available at the time of test issuance, such as candidate names and e-mail addresses, can be entered by typing {{{ . candidate's name }} or {{{ . Email address }} to be filled in when the test is created.
Background
We have received comments from companies that it is time-consuming to select questions each time when creating tests, and that it is difficult to set up detailed settings such as the language for each test.
After more detailed interviews, we determined that engineers often select questions in advance and HR issues the test when they receive an application, and that it would reduce operational costs if engineers could create a template in advance and HR could simply insert the necessary items. We decided to develop this system.
