Taking an Internal Test

Overview
Internal tests are tests that your company creates in Skill Development and assigns to members. When a test is assigned to you, log in to HireRoo to take it. Once your attempt is graded, you can check your own results on My Page.
About the beta Skill Development is currently offered as a beta.
You do not need to be measured by Skill Assessment to take an internal test.
Assignment Notifications
When an internal test is assigned to you, you receive an email. It includes the internal test name, the time limit, the due date, the name of the member who assigned it, and a link to the test page. The same notification also appears in HireRoo.
The due date runs until the end of the selected day. HireRoo does not send reminders for internal tests you have not taken yet.
Taking the Test
- Open the assigned internal test from the link in the email or from Skill Development › My Page in the sidebar. On My Page, you can open it with Take test on its row in Exam history.
- Clicking Start Attempt starts the test and the time limit countdown. Just opening the test page does not start it.
- The test is taken in a full-screen view without the sidebar.
When you have internal tests to take, the number is shown on Skill Development › My Page in the sidebar.
Time limit
The time limit is counted from when you click Start Attempt. When the time limit runs out, the test ends automatically.
For a test in progress, you can return to the test screen with Resume test on My Page.

Viewing Your Results
After the test ends, it is graded. Once grading is complete, you can check your results under Skill Development › My Page in the sidebar.

The test result shows the evaluation for each skill and evaluation item based on the skill index, along with the observed facts behind the evaluation. It also includes results for each question and a playback of your actions during the test.
Results are not shown until grading is complete.
Who can see the results
- The member who took the test can see only their own results.
- Only members with Administrator or Manager authorization can see other members' results.
