The score on the report screen remains unchanged at 0%

If the score is 0%, there are several possible reasons.

• Make sure the status of the report is "Scored".
  
  • If it has been scored, the scoring has been completed correctly. If the score is 0%, there could be several reasons.
    
    • The assignment does not exist. If the problem was not solved in time and not submitted, the score will be 0%.
    • If the work is present, but all of the submissions are incorrect.

• • If a question has not been graded and it is not graded a few minutes after the test is completed, there are several possible reasons
    
    • Some questions need to be scored manually. Especially for quiz-style written questions, the interviewer must manually grade the questions according to the answers.
    • If none of the above applies, please contact the management.
