Unable to create a test
If you are not able to create a test, there are several possible reasons.
- You do not have permission
- To create a test, you must have manager authority or higher, so please check your authority. You can check the permission granted to you from the list of employees in the "Company Settings" section in the upper right corner of the header.
- Your account setup is not complete
- Please make sure that your billing information is set up correctly. If the billing information has not been entered, you will not be able to create a test.
