From 6:16 p.m. on Saturday, August 23, 2025, candidates attempting to start tests on the HireRoo service—including coding format tests—were unable to begin their demos or examinations. This situation continued until the issue was resolved.

Cause of the Incident
The failure was due to memory pressure on the server.
Scope of Impact
This issue also affected tests that were already in progress for candidates. We have individually contacted the companies impacted by this incident.
