Added questions in September 2023

We added a new question 💪

Added questions available for coding tests. The added questions are as follows.

Coding format (Algorithm)

  • How many cards can I purchase? (Difficulty: Easy)
    • Intended target: Newly graduated engineers (at a level where they can do elementary coding)
    • Skills to be tested and intended use: Realistic questions based on real-life situations likely to occur in the real world to test basic coding skills such as understanding and implementing requirements correctly.

Quiz format

  • System Design (Intermediate) (1) (Difficulty: Normal)
    • Intended target: Upstream mid-level engineers involved in system design
    • Skills to be tested and intended use: Questions that test knowledge of upstream processes in the application development flow, especially in selecting technologies such as system design and DB design.

Practical format

  • Blog list pagination implementation using React (Difficulty: Normal)
    • Intended target: Front-end engineers with 2-3 years of experience
    • Skills to be tested and intended use: This question tests basic front-end implementation skills, such as adequately managing data using useState, by asking questions about implementing pagination in a blog list using React with Vite.
  • Implementing user-created API using Ruby on Rails (Difficulty: Normal)
    • Intended target: Rails engineers with 1-2 years of experience
    • Skills to be tested and intended use: This is a test to see if the candidate can correctly and logically implement complex validation requirements. The test is designed to test their ability to correctly understand regular expressions, implement validation, and understand the requirements.
  • Creating authentication API with Ruby on Rails (Difficulty: Normal)
    • Intended target: Rails engineers with 1-2 years of experience
    • Skills to be tested and intended use: This question is designed to test the ability to correctly implement complex validation requirements in logic. This question asks if the candidate can adequately decode and authenticate a password hashed with SHA256 based on a salt value.
