Will I lose access to my data after cancelling my subscription?

After you cancel your HireRoo subscription, you will no longer be able to log in and will not be able to access your data.

The details are as below.

  1. After the cancellation of the service, you will not be able to see the relevant data regarding the candidates.
  2. After two years of service termination, the candidate's email address and name will be deleted from the company's internal data. The deleted information will be used only as statistical information and cannot be linked to a specific individual at our company. (Restoration is also impossible.)
  3. If you re-subscribe to the service within two years of the cancellation, you will be able to see the data before the cancellation. After the service is cancelled again, the data will be handled as described in 2 and 3.
