How to Review Talent Score Reports
This article explains how to review Talent Score reports.
How to check a report
- Open the Talent Score for which you want to see the report from the list screen.
- Click on the pull-down menu at the top of the screen or on a point in the graph to display the corresponding test.
- If you have taken the test multiple times, select the answers to be displayed from the pull-down menu on the right side of the screen (the graph shows the highest score for that session)
About each item
- Overall score and rank
- The average of the relative scores (percentiles) for each question is used as the overall score, and the overall score is evaluated relative to the overall HireRoo test results, with the highest score being indicated as S and the lowest score as D.
- For details, please refer to the Relative Evaluation Function. The "Relative Score" is displayed as an overall score in the Talent Score.
- The tag function is not available in the Talent Score.
- (Talent only) The administrator may hide the Relative Score.
- Total Score
- The average scores for each question. (Absolute evaluation of the percentage of correct answers, etc. See the link below for the calculation method)
- Assignment Score
- The answers to each question submitted are shown. (If multiple questions have been submitted, the highest total score is shown by default.)

- (Evaluators only) The "Share Test Report" and "Evaluate Candidates" sections are not included in the Talent Score.
- (Talent only) The company representative can hide playbacks and answer questions correctly.
