      Functions of the Talent Score List Screen

      This article describes the functions of the Talent Score List screen.
      The list screen is opened by selecting the "Talent Score" menu.

      Functions of the Talent Score List

      •  Refinement function: The following items can be used to refine the list
        • Title of the talent score
          • Free text partial matches
        • Score Trends: Narrow down the results by comparing the latest test's highest overall score with the previous test's highest overall score.
          • Higher than last time
          • Lower than last time
          • Equal to last time
        • Status
          • Active: Talent scores for which scheduled test publishing is enabled
          • Stopped: Talent scores for which scheduled test publishing has been stopped
          • Archived: Talent scores associated with deleted talent
        • Submission Status: Allows you to filter by the most recent test submitted / not submitted
        • Talent
        • Viewers: Talent scores that are not "viewable by all" and that "include the specified viewers" will be filtered
      • Rows per page
        • You can choose between 20 or 30 in the pull-down at the bottom of the screen
      • Reordering
        • The top right marker in the list view allows you to sort the talent scores by creation date or by highest overall score from the most recent test. The default sorting order is from most recent to least recent.
      • Actions available from the 3-point reader for each Talent Score
        • Share Items: Allows the talent to control which items are displayed in the report.
        • Edit: Allows you to edit the talent score.
        • Suspend: Suspend the talent score and prevent new tests from being issued
        • Delete: Allows you to delete the current score
          • Deletion is impossible for each test issued (1st and 2nd tests are displayed in the talent score).

      Notification


        • You will be notified by email when any of the following is done in the talent score. *If you are on the Standard Plan or higher and have set up Slack integration, you will also be notified via Slack. 
          • Creation / Deletion of Talent Score
          • Issue a test
          • Start / End / Re-issue test attempts
          • Overdue test attempts
          • End of scoring
          • Conduct technical review
