This article describes how to use the Talent Score Details screen.
- Top pull-down (# YYYY/MM/DD-YYYYY/MM/DD)
- Select the number of times the test has been conducted in the talent score. By default, the latest test is displayed.
- Talent Results
- The highest overall score for each test in the Talent Score is displayed in a graph. You can also select which tests to display by clicking on the points in the graph.
- Report
- For details on how to check the reports, please refer to How to Check Talent Score Reports.
- Technical Review
- You can evaluate the answers to each test from "Technical Review" in the upper right corner of the screen. This is useful for recording feedback, looking back, and setting goals.
Please note that the talent side can view the contents of the technical review. -
The review can be performed by creating "evaluation items" and their combinations, "evaluation indicators," in advance.

The Talent Score screen can be accessed from the "Manage Evaluation Indicators" menu on the left side of the screen.

The Talent Score allows you to enter a 4-point rating and comments for each technical review.

The "Technical Review" tab will display the entered technical review.
※Talent can take each test multiple times at their discretion. Note that technical reviews are recorded for each answer, so if multiple attempts are made for a single test, the technical review will not be displayed unless the registered attempt is selected from the pull-down menu in the center of the right side of the screen.
