Types of tests and how to use them (TBU)

There are three distinct types of tests offered by HireRoo.

Algorithm challenges

Algorithm problem solving that puts the candidates’ computer science knowledge to the test.

The candidates’ coding skill, problem solving skills, communication skills (during live coding) can be assessed.

Take-home projects

This test allows you to test the candidate by selecting specific languages or libraries to build APIs, run servers, or solve other practical problems common at the workplace.

The candidates’ coding skills and domain knowledge can be assessed with this test.

Multiple choice quizzes

A plethora of frontend, server side, network, infrastructure questions from beginner to advanced difficulties.

The candidate’s basic domain knowledge can be assessed with this test.
