Evaluate candidates for pass or fail

Evaluate candidates.

You can evaluate a candidate on a report-by-report basis. The candidate will not be notified of the content of the evaluation or that you have reviewed it at this time. The interviewer should communicate with the candidate himself/herself.

Using technical review when conducting the evaluation avoids impersonal evaluation.

• Open the report you wish to evaluate. Press "Evaluate" at the top of the page.
• Select "Pass" or "Fail" in the modal that appears. Enter evaluation comments as needed.
