Permissions required: Manager or higher
Creating batches makes it easier to issue coding tests by eliminating the need to set up other test settings, such as selecting questions each time. See below for more details.
How to create a batch
- Visit the "Batch List."
- To create a batch, press "Create Batch".
- Enter the following information in the batch information entry step. When completed, press "Next" to continue.
- Batch name: Tests created via batch will automatically be created with the batch name and candidate name (batch name + candidate name)
- Batch description (optional)
- Message to Candidate (optional): Message for the candidate to view before starting the test.
- Permissions to view (optional)

How batches are shared
A share link will be created for each batch created. The test is created by sharing this link with the candidate and initiating the test.
- The batch can be copied from the shared link in the batch list.
- To prevent a batch from receiving tests, you can "Stop Batch" from the three-point menu. When stopped, the publication status will change to "Stopped".
How to confirm a test
When a candidate starts a test from a shared batch, a new test will be created in the "Test List. Please refer to the following for how to confirm the test.
