Checking usage & invoice information
**Required permissions: Admin** Admins can check the usage and invoice information from within HireRoo.
From the home screen, click “Subscription” (サブスクリプション).
By clicking “Summary” (概要), you will be able to see:
- Contract duration
- Current plan
- Candidate selection plans
- Single purchase
- Bulk purchase (this will show the number of current candidate selections you have)
- Monthly usage
By hovering over the bar graphs, you will be able to see the breakdown. Currently the breakdown includes the number of paid and free candidate selections.
*invoice is only issued once the candidate has finished the selection process
By clicking “Usage fees” (使用料) you can see how many times the candidate selection service has been used.

By clicking the “All invoices” (請求書一覧) you can see past invoices.
You can download the invoices in PDF by clicking the download icon.
