Will we get billed for doing the test questions internally in our company?

HireRoo is unable to determine whether the test was tried internally or sent out to candidates, so you will be billed even if the test was taken by someone in your company.

If you are eligible for a discount

If you inform the management of the link to the selection process and the fact that it was issued for internal testing, we can process the discount on a case-by-case basis. Please inform the management of the URL of the relevant report.

However, discounts are only available in the following cases.

• When the test is solved internally to test a new problem or function.

Cases not eligible for discount

The main reasons for not being eligible for a discount are as follows.

• When the test is taken by a candidate
• When the test is used for internal evaluation or training purposes
• Other cases in which we do not consider the test eligible for the discount
