Receive Notifications via Email

Receiving notifications via email allows you to operate without having to visit HireRoo each time to check the status of your tests.

Who can receive email notifications

The recipients will vary depending on how you set the permissions when you create a test.
  • If viewing privileges are not set
    • Only the creator of the test will receive email notifications.
    • The test can be viewed by all members invited to the company account.
  • If viewing privileges are set
    • The creator of the test and the members added to the view permission will receive an email notification.
    • Only those members who have been added to the view permission can view the test.

Use with other notification methods

Email notifications will always be sent even if you have set up other notification methods, such as notifications in Slack. Currently (28/04/2023) there is no way to opt-out of email notifications.
