      How to Use Talents

      This article describes using Talent Score test takers ("talents").

      For an overview of the Talent Score and an explanation of the words used in this article, please refer to the HireRoo Talent Score Overview.

      First-time login

      • You can sign up by sharing the invitation link or through an email invitation. Please follow the link or email instructions below.
        • Sign up
        • Verify your email address
      • Personal settings (optional)
        • You can change your icon and display name. Select "Personal Settings" from the icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

      List the screen and how to take the test

      • First, select the Talent Score you wish to view from the pull-down menu in the upper left corner of the screen
      • A list of tests issued for each talent score will be displayed.
      • You can take the test by clicking the "Take" button until the submission deadline.
      • You can retake the test as many times as you wish until the submission deadline (the "Conduct" button will change to "Retake Test")
      • If you take the test more than once, all answers will be recorded and the answer with the highest overall score will be displayed in a graph.

       Talent Score Details Screen

      • Selecting a test row will take you to the Talent Score Details screen
      • The pull-down menu at the top (# of tests: YYYYY/MM/DD-YYYYYY/MM/DD) allows you to select the number of tests in the talent score to be displayed.
      • The highest overall score for each test in the TalentScore is displayed in a graph, allowing the user to keep track of the trends. You can also select which tests to display by clicking on the points on the graph.
      • A report is generated when the test is completed.

      What is a Technical Review?

      • This is a feature that allows the evaluator to review the results of the test and record feedback.
      • The "Technical Review" tab allows you to review the results.
      • Click on the "Review Details" button to see the details of the comments.

      Please note that if you have taken the exam multiple times, you will not be able to see the Technical Review unless you select the answers that have been reviewed in the pull-down menu on the right side of the screen.

      Use the technical review as a reference to review your study and set goals to achieve even higher scores!
