      How to log in for the first time

      For information on how to log in for the first time as an administrator, please refer to the Log in for the first time.

      How to invite other evaluators

      Please refer to Invite Members. In this article, "members" refers to evaluators.

      How to invite talents

      To create a Talent Score, you must first invite the accounts of the Talents who will take the test.

      • After logging into HireRoo, select "Company Settings" from the icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
      • In the 'MEMBERS' tab, choose the 'Talent' section, and then press the 'Invite' button.
      • Invite the talent by entering their email address and clicking the 'Send' button, or obtain the URL by clicking the 'GENERATE LINK' button under 'Generate a link to invite new members' and send it to the target person.
      • Once the invited talent completes the sign-up process, the talent score can be created.
