Creating and Editing Talent Scores

This article describes how to create and edit a talent score.

Creating a Talent Score

From the Talent Score List screen, click the "+Create" button at the top of the left menu or the "+Create Talent Score" button at the top right of the screen. The following is an explanation of each setting item.

"Basic Information" tab

• Question Selection (*)
  
  •  From the "Question Search" tab on the left side of the screen, click the "+Add" button to select questions to be submitted.
  • Select questions by referring to the overall HireRoo statistics displayed in the list (click anywhere except the Add / Cancel button to open the question details screen).
  • Click on the "Selected" tab to see the questions you have already selected. ↑↓You can use the up and down arrows to change the order of the questions. To deselect a question, click on the trash can icon.
• Title of Talent Score (*)
  
  • Displayed on the list page and the talent's screen
• Notes for creators
  
  • Displayed only to the evaluator on the summary page
• Next test to be created (*)
  
  • The date and time when the next test will be created. The next scheduled date and time when the test will be created repeatedly for each period specified in the next item, "Frequency of Tests".
  • The due date of each test is the "next scheduled test creation date" at the time of test creation.
  • The test can be set after 15 minutes from the time of creation/editing.

• Frequency (*)
  
  • A test will be created for each period set by the user. The due date of each test will be set to the date and time after the frequency period has elapsed.
  • You can choose from 1 week, two weeks, one month, two months, or three months.
  • Example: If a test is created on October 16, 2023, at noon and the frequency of the Talent Score is two weeks, the "Due date of the created test" and "Next test creation" will be set to October 30, 2023, at noon.
    
    

• Talent (*)
  
  • Select a talent. One talent can be selected per talent score.
• Add a message to the Talent
  
  • You can add a message to be displayed on the test start screen
• Notification Settings
  
  • You can set a reminder to be sent a specified number of days before the test due date. Reminders will be sent via email.
• Time Limit (*)
  
  • When a question is selected, the time limit is automatically set based on each question's total estimated time limit. It can be changed arbitrarily.

  "Advanced" tab

• Browsing Permissions
  
  • You can limit the users who can view the talent score. By default, "All users" are allowed to view. If you wish to limit the number of users, select "Only invited users" from the pull-down menu, and then select the users or groups who can view the talent score.
• Report Items to Share with Talent
  
  • The following items can be hidden from the report so that the talent can see them on their screen (blue for display/grey for hiding) 
    
    • Relative ratings: Relative ratings for HireRoo as a whole or within your company.
    • Playback: Playback of the solution process
    • Answers: Correct answers for each question

Editing Talent Scores

You can edit the talent score from either of the following options

• Select "Edit" from the three-point leader in the upper right corner of the talent score panel on the Talent Score List screen.
• Select a talent score from the list, and then select "Edit" from the three-point leader in the upper right corner of the talent score details screen.
