      How to check usage

      You can check your usage in the following ways

      • Select Account > "Subscriptions".
      • On the "Summary" tab, you can check the following information
        • Subscription period
        • Currently subscribed plan
        • Plans with number of selections
          • Buy on a case-by-case basis
          • Bulk purchase (remaining number)
      • The bar graph present below the summary is the monthly test usage.
        • Hover the mouse cursor over the bar graph to see the breakdown. Billed and free targets can be distinguished by color.
        • Billed tests are those that have already been conducted. You will not be billed for the issue alone, but will be billed when the candidate performs the test.
        • Free tests are those that are not subject to billing. Tests that are granted as a benefit or conducted during a trial are eligible for free testing.
